Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 5 days of receiving your order and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please contact us to receive a pre-authorization number
  • Items returned after 5 days or without a previous authorization will be marked as returned to sender. We don't accept any returns past 15 days including shipping time.
  • Items must be returned in the original condition they were received in. If they have been worn or not returned on original package a refund or credit will not be issue. If there are any signs of a pet hair or feather, the items will not be accepted as returns/exchanges
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and also an authorization number that we will provide once you contact us.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error doesn't qualify for a return

CUSTOMERS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING CHARGES. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE

Clearance Items ~ unfortunately Clearance or Closeout items will not be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange an item it will be treated as a return and a credit will be issue for you to purchase the correct item.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for PAYING YOUR OWN SHIPPING costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
